I follow a blog called EuropeUpClose because if I were independently wealthy and didn't have to work for a living, I'd spend a solid portion of my time traveling, but alas, I do have to work, and so I often live vicariously through the adventures of others.
Today's post led me to the Tripbase promotion of their new travel ebooks. You can download these books for free, and for every person that downloads the books, Tripbase will donate $1 to Charity: Water.

2 of the blogettes did a project on Charity: Water while we were in graduate school, and it's a fantastic cause! We, too often, take for granted our virtually unlimited access to clean drinking water. - Just $20 can give one person clean water for 20 years. An average water project costs $5,000 and can serve 250 people with clean, safe water.
It couldn't be easier, and it doesn't cost you anything, so...

Thanks, Jen, for writing about this fantastic organization. You know how I feel about this cause, but it's good to get our faithful readers thinking about it as well.
